Hi, I'm Sherri!
The obsession with macarons began after my first bite. I had no idea they were so delicate and flavorful! After taking an introduction baking course with friends, I was hooked. I started baking and experimenting with flavors and never looked back, it has become a passion that I love!
What is a Macaron?
A macaron is a delicate, temperamental cookie that is absolutely amazing! Not to be confused with a macaroon (coconut drop cookie) a macaron is made with almond flour, powdered sugar, egg white and granulated sugar.
